Our diode laser rental service provides a flexible option for performing professional treatments. The setup can also be suitable for those who would like to work without purchasing their own equipment.

01 How do I book an appointment?
Registration is possible online, by phone or via message.
If you have any questions about the services, feel free to contact us!
02 How long can I change or cancel my appointment?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
In the case of cancellation within 24 hours and multiple changes, we charge 50% of the service fee.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation (within 12 hours) or no-show, we can only provide a new date after reimbursement of the full amount of the service, which you can arrange by bank transfer.
The pre-booked service can only be replaced on the spot with a treatment of the same price.
03 How should I prepare for the treatment?
During the treatments, the skin surface should be clean and free from cream; before laser treatment, shave the area to be treated the night before.
In case of injury, irritation or sunburn, please arrange an appointment in advance to find a new date.
04 When should I arrive and what happens if I am late?
Please arrive exactly on time! Don't arrive much earlier; ideally no more than 5 minutes earlier.
In case of a delay of more than 10 minutes, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the entire treatment.
We ask for a companion and a small child; do not bring them to the treatments.
05 What health conditions should I declare in advance?
In case of an infectious or contagious illness, we do not provide treatment. Please change your appointment in a timely manner in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Let us know in advance if you are pregnant, taking medication, have a skin condition, or for health reasons are not sure that the treatment is safe for you.
06 How do I pay?
Cash payment or immediate transfer is available.
The fees for the treatments are due at the end of the service, and the subscriptions you wish to purchase must be paid in one lump sum after the first service.
